Dich erwartet eine vollmöblierte 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit Terrasse. Ich vermiete diese Wohnung ab sofort bis Januar 2026.
Da ich die Wohnung legal untervermiete, kannst du dich natürlich auch Anmelden, wenn du den Mietvertrag unterschrieben hast.
Die Wohnung enthält alle Alltagsgegenstände, was man für den Wohnalltag benötigt, da ich selbst in dieser Wohnung gelebt habe. Dich erwartet also nicht eine lieblos möblierte Einheit, sondern eine Wohnung, die alles enthält, was du zum Wohnen brauchst.
Es sind 1150€ / Monat All-Inclusive Miete, die folgendes enthält:
- Kalt + Warmmiete
- 1000 Mbit/s Glasfaserleitung
- Strom
- Alle enthaltenen Möbel und Nutzungsgegenstände
Die Kaution beträgt drei Monatsmieten.
Auf den Fotos ist noch mein altes Bett zu sehen, das mittlerweile bei meiner Freundin steht. Aktuell ist ein anderes Bett in der Wohnung.
Besichtigungstermine sind kurzfristig möglich.

You can expect a fully furnished 1.5 room apartment with terrace. I am renting this apartment from now until january 2025.
Since I am legally subletting the apartment, you can of course do an "Anmeldung" once you have signed the rental agreement.
The apartment contains all the everyday items you need for everyday living, as I have lived in this apartment myself. So you can't expect a lovelessly furnished unit, but an apartment that contains everything you need for living.
It is 1150€ / month all-inclusive rent, which includes the following:
- Cold + warm rent
- 1000 Mbit/s Fiber internet
- electricity
- All included furniture and utensils
The deposit is three months' rent.
You can still see my old bed in the photos, which is now with my girlfriend. There is currently another bed in the apartment.
Viewing appointments are possible at short notice.
